Servelens Crowd & People Analytics automates this entirely using existing CCTV camera feeds, eliminating the need for clickers, manual headcounts, or periodic sampling.
The system continuously analyzes video frames to count the number of people present within any defined zone, detect when density thresholds are crossed, and measure queue lengths and wait times at service points. All analysis happens in real-time with sub-second latency, and notifications are sent automatically when configurable thresholds are exceeded.
